Standard Terms and Conditions.

1. Any change made to the your specification resulting in additional time, work, or materials will attract an additional charge.

2. No changes can be made to a specification without written confirmation from our office. Decorators and site supervisors are not authorised to agree changes to specifications without such written confirmation.

3. Where surfaces and their condition are not adequately visible or determinable at the time of estimate, we reserve the right to make additional charges for extra work which it subsequently becomes apparent is required. Any such extra work will be brought to the customers attention and the additional charge notified.

4.Terms: A deposit of 30% is required prior to commencement.

We will normally issue progress invoices during the work. These will be based on the value of work done. Progress payments will be up to 90% of the total job value. A progress invoice will be issued upon erection of the scaffold. All progress invoices are due for immediate payment. The final balance invoice is payable within seven days of completion.
